Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of sushi dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring each plate meets high standards of quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station in compliance with health and safety regulations
Select fresh ingredients and manage inventory to ensure availability of quality seafood, rice, vegetables, and other essentials
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support smooth kitchen operations
Develop new sushi recipes and presentation styles to keep offerings innovative and appealing
Educate guests about different types of sushi, ingredients, and proper dining etiquette when appropriate
