Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven professional to support sales activities and business development across North America. The successful candidate will leverage their technical background and strategic mindset to promote our products, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.

Essential Duties
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
・promoting our products to clients and prospective customers in North America to expand market share and customer base
・developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at client accounts
・collaborating with North American group companies (manufacturing facilities) to understand production capacity and challenges
・defining and executing short‑, mid‑, and long‑term sales strategies aligned with customer needs
・preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports
・monitoring budget versus actual performance
・managing program timelines and deliverables.

Domestic and international travel will be required as needed to support business development, customer meetings, and project coordination.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Japanese/English Bilingual
​​​​​​​ Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that drive growth and profitability
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing and technical groups
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
