- Proactively engage with prospective and current clients through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations—both within your assigned territory and in open, non-exclusive areas.
- Craft compelling, well-structured proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales leadership, finance, and logistics to align efforts and achieve goals.
- Highlight the unique value of the company’s products and services while benchmarking against competitors.
- Deliver regular updates to management through detailed reports on customer interactions, market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conventions to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Support team objectives by contributing to shared goals and stepping in where needed to ensure success.
- Ensure CRM software is up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required. College degree in business preferred.
- Three to five years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
- Overnight travel required up to 50%. Must have valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Excel.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
