Job Description:

Janson Equipment Co. is a Case IH dealership with locations in Reese, Breckenridge, and Charlotte MI growing with Michigan farmers since 1939. What we expect from you on a day-to-day basis:

· Lead accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and internal controls.

· Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and close processes.

· Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports, forecasts, budgets, and key metrics to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and support organizational growth.

· Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance and growth initiatives.

· Manage accounting staff across complex.

· Map and maintain general ledger accounts.

· Manage software and accounting system conversions.

· Provide administrative and office support for the location.
