Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Monroeville, OH. The HR Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, from skilled trades to professional and leadership positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop effective job postings, and create structured interview processes that support fair and consistent hiring decisions. The HR Talent Acquisition Manager will build and maintain an employer branding strategy, including managing career page content, social media presence, and community outreach to attract diverse, high-quality talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking recruiting metrics, managing applicant tracking systems, coordinating offers and onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and contributing to broader HR initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting for a range of roles, ideally including construction, skilled trades, and professional positions.
- Proficiency in interviewing and hiring practices, including structured interviews, candidate assessment, and collaborative decision-making with hiring managers.
- Ability to develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including promoting the company’s employee-owned culture and career opportunities across channels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as schools, trade programs, and community organizations.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR technology, with the ability to track and analyze recruiting metrics and improve processes.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and best practices to support fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior HR experience beyond recruiting (e.g., onboarding, employee relations, or retention initiatives) is beneficial.
