Our client is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional development projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through construction while working closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction support phases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the preparation and review of site development plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management designs.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, staffing, and quality control efforts to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and support client relationship management and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- PE license preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and excellent communication and leadership skills.
