Pay: Up to 90,000 (Includs Salary based Commissions and Bonus)
Jani-King is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping clients find effective solutions to their needs.
As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to manage your own pipeline, develop new business, and build long-term client partnerships. We provide comprehensive training and the tools necessary to help you succeed and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach
- Deliver professional, solution-based presentations to prospective clients
- Utilize marketing materials and proven sales techniques to drive results
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain a strong book of business through consistent follow-up and engagement
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing communication and support
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare proposals and accurately confirm service details with clients
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions
- Submit regular reports, forecasts, and updates on pipeline activity
Performance Expectations
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and activity benchmarks
- Demonstrate consistency in prospecting, appointments, and closing business
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of outside sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals and customer needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings
