As the first point of contact for many potential clients, you'll play a critical role in creating interest, building relationships, and positioning Jani-King's services as the trusted solution for facility needs. Your efforts will directly fuel the pipeline for our sales executives, helping expand our footprint in the 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers through 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. You will introduce Jani-King's services, qualify potential opportunities, and schedule 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝, 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 for our outside sales team.

Each day combines structured outreach with strategic follow-up — reaching out to hundreds of prospects across the 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧, identifying needs, and building relationships that create real opportunities. You'll work closely with regional leadership and outside sales to ensure quality leads and a seamless handoff for closing business.
