What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Cleaning Tech position at Janco Commercial Cleaning, LLC?
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular Quality Assurance inspections of cleaning services provided by the custodial staff.
- Identify and recommend corrective actions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Track, analyze, and report data on quality control performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members.
- Manage and oversee Quality Assurance projects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and timelines.
- Supervise and support Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure custodial staff follows best practices and established quality control protocols.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve quality assurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to quality assurance.
- Responsible for conducting inspections and submitting Quality Assurance Reports to the Contract Monitor or designee.
- Must supervise the employees and accomplish inspections per the Quality Assurance Plan.
