Job Title: Receptionist
Hourly position, Part Time
Position Overview: The Receptionist position will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk responsibilities, and support daily administrative tasks to help ensure smooth office operations. This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to):
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls accordingly
- Proper phone and email etiquette
- Typing minimum of 40 word per minute
- Must learn and train HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Maintain productivity and departmental guidelines
- Cross train in other areas, if needed
- Respond to general inquiries from clients, customers, or guests.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
- Training flexibility on the job
Job Requirements:
- Pass typing test with 40 wpm
- Pass TABE (adult basic education test) with a 12.0
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings prior to hire
- Starting hourly rate $14.00
Part Time Work Requirements will be as follows:
Position 1 -
- Monday 7 am to 5:30 pm
- Tuesday 7 am to 5:30 pm
- Wednesday 7 am to 12:30 pm
Position 2 -
- Wednesday 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Thursday 7 am to 5:30 pm
- Friday 7 am to 5:30 pm
