- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases like QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software
- Support office management duties including filing, document proofreading, and organizing supplies to enhance workplace efficiency
- Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer support and support services
- Maintain a tidy front desk area and ensure all administrative materials are organized and accessible
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls effectively
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong data entry skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism under pressure
