This position reports directly to the CEO and will play a key role in strengthening our financial operations.

What You’ll Own

You’ll become the operational owner of our accounts receivable process.

Responsibilities include:

· Customer invoicing and billing

· Collections and customer account management

· Cash application and payment reconciliation

· Accounts receivable aging management

· Resolving billing discrepancies

· Weekly cash collection reporting

· Month-end receivable reconciliations

· Working with operations to improve billing accuracy

· Helping develop better accounting processes and internal controls

You’ll also participate in projects involving financial reporting, technology improvements, and operational process development.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year you will help us:

· Improve cash collections

· Reduce outstanding receivables

· Strengthen billing accuracy

· Improve month-end close efficiency

· Build scalable accounting processes

· Become a trusted advisor to company leadership

What We’re Looking For

· 3–7 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience

· Strong communication skills—you don’t mind calling customers

· Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

· Technologically adept with software: Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks Online experience is a plus)

· Continuous improvement mindset

· Professional, confident, and accountable

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
