team.

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on improving systems, leading leaders, and turning data into action? We are seeking a high-performance Operations Manager to oversee the daily workflow, productivity, and continuous improvement of our Social Security line of business. This is a leadership role for someone who doesn’t just maintain systems — but makes them better.

What you will be doing as Remote Social Security Operations Manager:

• Lead daily operations with purpose by keeping workflows efficient, organized, and moving forward.
• Turn data into action by tracking performance metrics and building clear plans to improve results.
• Build and develop strong leaders by coaching Team Leaders and driving accountability and growth.
• Own workforce planning by forecasting staffing needs and balancing workload across the team.
• Continuously improve how we work by developing smarter processes, workflows, and training systems.
• Set the standard for performance by driving productivity, quality, and accountability across the department.
• Ensure consistency and compliance by upholding internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Keep leadership informed by communicating performance trends, insights, and operational updates.
• Champion innovation by identifying and implementing technology and process improvements.
• Drive results at every level by setting and achieving quarterly and annual performance goals.
• Any and all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission.

Social Security Operations Manager Job Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree and/or related certification or job experience is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of previous experience working with Social Security Disability highly preferred
