We’re looking for a Digital Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital platforms while showcasing our people, our mission, and the communities we serve. From creating engaging social content to capturing events and building community partnerships, your work will be seen, shared, and make a real impact.

What you will be doing as a Digital Media & Marketing Specialist:
- Bring our brand to life by creating engaging social media content that builds our online presence and connects with our audience.
- Own our social presence by managing messages, comments, and interactions across our digital platforms.
- Tell our story through video and photography by capturing professional and authentic content for social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Create original content people want to watch by developing videos and digital media that showcase our firm, team, mission, and community involvement.
- Champion our online reputation by monitoring reviews and responding professionally across platforms like Google, Facebook, Avvo, and Yelp.
- Turn analytics into action by tracking social media performance and using data to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Own our internal storytelling by creating and maintaining the firm’s monthly newsletter.
- Build meaningful community connections by networking with organizations and developing relationships that create partnership opportunities.
- Help grow Operation Transportation by maintaining and expanding the program and its community relationships.
- Be part of the action by participating in community outreach, events, and initiatives that strengthen our culture and community presence.
- Remote with a reason to get out from behind the screen! This is a remote position with occasional in-office time for event preparation and attendance at firm and community events — giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person, capture great content, and be part of the moments that bring our team and mission to life.

**Experience with social media marketing, content creation, photography, videography, editing software, or digital marketing is helpful — but creativity, initiative, and a passion for storytelling matter most.
