Position: Property Maintenance Part time to full time
About Us: JAMS Propertry Services llc is located in Beavercreek Ohio. No longer Preservation we changed to sevices. Most of our work is located in south Dayton and Yellow Springs. We firmly believe in doing it right the first time even if it takes
longer. Most of jobs are higher end Vacant homes and rentals who have been with us for years. You

Duties
- Interior and Exterior property repairs
- Rental Turn Overs
- Remodeling
- BASIC= Plumbing Electrical
- Painting interior and exterior
- Lawn Maintence
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to follow directions and work without baby sitter
- Must have valid drivers license
- Have Own vehicle
- Able to be insured for company vehicle
- No felonies
- Minimum 3 years exp. in duties listed above
- Able to lift 80lb
- Pass basic basic skills test Pass background check
- Tools to preform duties ( Special equipment/tools provided)
- Good physical condition to do job.
