Real Estate Daily Maintenance Technician
Location: Dayton, OH
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 Salary per year (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 after 60 days of employment

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Daily Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring timely and high-quality responses to maintenance requests submitted by residents. The ideal candidate is experienced in various repair disciplines and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident-submitted maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general repairs including but not limited to:
- Plumbing (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks)
- Electrical (e.g., replacing light fixtures, outlet repair)
- Carpentry (e.g., door/window repair, drywall patching)
- Appliance installation and minor HVAC troubleshooting
- Painting
- Maintain accurate records of all completed work and materials used
- Communicate effectively with residents and property management staff
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Document all work in Management Software
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Own a set of basic tools
- Have truck/van available for use
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or GED
