Job Title: Project Manager (FOIA)
Location: 811 Vermont Ave, NW Washington, DC 20420
Hourly Rate: TBD during interview
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Project Manager will oversee contract performance, staffing, schedules, quality assurance, workflow management, and communication with Government leadership while ensuring all contract deliverables are completed successfully.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day FOIA operations.
• Lead project planning and staffing.
• Monitor schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Oversee quality assurance and corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports and contract deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Three (3) years managing teams or federal support operations.
• One (1) year supporting FOIA, records management, privacy, or compliance programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule: M-F
Clearance Level Required: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
