Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Designer based in Mishawaka, IN. The Structural Designer will collaborate with the design and production teams to develop functional and innovative packaging solutions. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing designs, creating technical drawings, analyzing material specifications, and ensuring the structural integrity of packaging products. Additionally, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into practical designs.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in technical drawing, material analysis, and design problem-solving
- Experience in packaging design, prototyping, and production processes
