Overall Responsibilities
Own the creative strategy and performance content system that drives conversion and revenue across TikTok Shop, paid social ads, and social commerce channels. This role partners closely with the Sr. Manager, Affiliate Marketing to ensure content direction is grounded in high‑conversion practices, constant testing, and rapid iteration.
You will develop and produce content for both organic creator distribution and paid media, turning performance insights into repeatable creative frameworks that scale GMV.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
Performance‑Led Creative Strategy
- Partner directly with the Sr. Manager, Affiliate Marketing to align content direction with affiliate performance, GMV, and conversion goals.
- Define winning content formats, hooks, and storytelling frameworks based on performance data.
- Build a repeatable creative system that supports organic affiliates, ambassadors, and paid media.
Testing, Iteration & Optimization
- Lead continuous testing across organic, affiliate, and paid ad content.
- Analyze performance across CVR, CTR, retention, CAC, and GMV per video.
- Rapidly iterate creative based on data, affiliate feedback, and platform trends.
- Create tight feedback loops between content performance and revenue outcomes.
Creator Enablement & Feedback
- Develop clear, high‑converting briefs for creators informed by affiliate and ads performance.
- Provide direct feedback to creators to improve hooks, framing, and conversion drivers.
- Translate winning creator content into scalable templates for broader deployment.
In‑House Content & Paid Ads Production
- Concept, produce, and iterate in‑house content for paid social ads (TikTok, Meta, etc.).
- Support the strategy and development of organic social media content strategy to enhance the performance of the social media postings.
- Use in‑house production to rapidly test hooks, offers, and messaging organically before scaling through creators.
- Build and maintain a performance‑backed library of proven hooks, formats, and ad angles.
Trend & Platform Fluency
- Stay ahead of TikTok and paid social trends while keeping content performance‑driven.
- Ensure content remains platform‑native, culturally relevant, and conversion‑optimized.
Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in content strategy, performance creative, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record driving measurable revenue through short‑form video and paid ads.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate content, and paid social conversion mechanics.
- Hands‑on, highly iterative, and comfortable producing content directly.
- Strong analytical instincts paired with creative judgment.

Salary : $135,000 - $161,000
