Join us as a Clinical Director and help lead the growth and impact of JAMHI’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services. Reporting to the Chief Integration Officer, you will guide clinical program implementation, support and supervise clinical staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant care. This role also focuses on strengthening community partnerships, overseeing program performance, and driving continuous quality improvement to better serve our community.
Pay rates offered are determined based on a standardized scale that considers relevant experience and education.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, or a related behavioral health field
- Five years of progressively responsible work experience in behavioral health treatment services.
- Three years of supervisory experience within behavioral health treatment services.
- Experience must include working with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Has held an unrestricted clinical license to practice for at least three years as one of the following; with ability to obtain Alaska equivalent:
- LCSW
- Licensed Psychologist
- Licensed Psychiatrist
- Eligible to obtain the following designations within six months of start date:
- Board Approved Professional Counselor Supervisor
- Maintains licensure requirements, including continuing education units required to provide clinical supervision.
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position. In addition, the incumbent must be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier.
