Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional showroom experience
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and features
- Present product information clearly, accurately, and confidently
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, technology, and safety features
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships
- Assist customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activity
- Work collaboratively with finance, service, and management teams to support the customer experience
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership procedures
- Support dealership goals related to customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport with a wide range of customers
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to learn product details and present information effectively
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required
