What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism.
• Help customers select fine jewelry, engagement rings, watches, gifts, and special occasion pieces.
• Educate customers about diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry care.
• Build lasting relationships with repeat clients.
• Follow up with customers after purchases.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Perform jewelry intake, cleaning, inspections, and basic customer service.
• Operate our POS system accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Contribute to social media and community engagement initiatives.
