James Wolf Jewelers is a family-owned fine jewelry store with more than 40 years of experience serving our community. We are known for exceptional customer service, hand-selected diamonds, custom jewelry design, and a warm, relationship-focused approach to luxury retail.

We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building lasting client relationships, and creating an elevated, personalized shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Create a personalized, elevated experience from the first interaction through the sale and beyond
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful follow-up
• Guide customers through bridal jewelry, diamonds, fashion jewelry, gifts, and special purchases
• Learn and confidently present product knowledge, designer collections, and jewelry options
• Assist with custom jewelry consultations and special orders
• Develop repeat and referral business by providing an exceptional customer experience
• Accurately and professionally process sales and transactions using the POS system
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting showroom environment
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, displays, and daily store operations
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers both in-store and over the phone
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, bridal, high-end sales, or customer service is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong relationship-building and sales experience who are eager to learn the jewelry business.
