Local Class A Hazmat & Tanker CDL Driver/Dock Worker

James Supplies is looking for a full time Class A Hazmat & Tanker CDL Delivery Driver and Fill Plant Dock Worker . Duties include (but not limited to):

- Delivering gases and micro-bulk product to customer's place of business and company branches

- Makes customer orders. Record sales and delivery information on daily sales and delivery records

- Be willing to make deliveries outside of regular route to provide customers with products they need

- Filling of high pressure cylinders.

- Move cylinders as required by the plant. Will be required to load and unload trucks and pallets

- Assist with other operational tasks as needed

- Be willing to listen and resolve service complaints. Provide feedback to supervisor about customer complaints and requirements

- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines

- Maintain a cleans truck as well as workspace

- Complies with all company policies, safety policies and procedures and DOT requirements

Successful applicant should have basic computer skills and must have a class A CDL with Haz-mat and tanker endorsement. Industry experience is helpful but not required. Applicant must be drug free and have a clean driving record. Typical working hours are M-F, 7:30 AM -5:00 PM with some later days too. Compensation and benefits are discussed during interviews.
