Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines (transmissions, suspensions, brakes and powertrain components.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service and fluid replacements to ensure vehicle longevity.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical systems effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the repair industry with experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of systems including powertrain, electrical systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostics software and schematics for accurate troubleshooting
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
