Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Charlottesville VA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process for home healthcare services. Key duties include building strategic partnerships, meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Healthcare Services, particularly home health and hospice care, is highly preferred
- Proficient in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Organizational and Time Management skills to manage accounts and meet goals efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in marketing, sales, or account management roles is beneficial
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
