Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
