The Enterprise AI Solution Engineer supports the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from ideation to productionization—covering both Generative AI and Predictive AI use cases. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of AI and is supported by the Sr. Data Scientist.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $92,000K-$115,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.

What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions: ideation, development, deployment, and productionization.
- Implement and integrate Generative AI and Predictive AI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and productionize AI models and ensure seamless integration with business workflows.
- Develop APIs and services to enable AI-driven functionalities.
- Monitor and maintain AI solutions in production, troubleshooting performance issues.
- Document technical processes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science or software development.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization tools.
- Experience with generative AI frameworks, LLM and RAG pipelines.
- Understanding of data pipelines and RESTful APIs.
