Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.

What You’ll Do:
The Forklift Operator will report to the shipping supervisor and will be responsible for Safety, Quality, & Operations to the equipment he/she is operating. We are looking for candidates who:
- Load/unload rail cars
- Load semi-trucks
- General clean up
- Follow all plant safety regulations and considers safety first in all job actions.
- Support the Department’s daily, weekly, monthly KPI’s by the performance of planned work.
- Maintain the highest quality standard.
- Follow position specific checklist and accepted “best practices.”
- Stable work history
- Have a high school diploma/GED
- Have problem-solving skills
- Can work in a team environment
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing or with large machinery /equipment
- Ability to demonstrate past successes related to a manufacturing or similar production or support crew environment
- Understanding of Safety policies to drive best in class to drive a Zero harm culture
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, bend, climb stairs/ladders
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
