James Craft & Son, Inc., a well-established Mechanical Contractor doing business throughout South Central Pennsylvania, has a position available for an Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant reports directly to the Asst. Treasurer
Duties include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable Invoice Processing
Reconciliation & Discrepancies - Match invoices with Purchase Orders; Research and resolve any discrepancies Following Up on missing Information in the Accounting System Providing Administrative/ Accounting Help for Accounts Payable and Payroll The candidates should have knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Other Administrative Duties as Assigned
Experience with Trimble Viewpoint a plus.
Candidates should be detail orientated and trustworthy. Training can be provided.
Applicants are submitted to background, physical and drug/alcohol testing.
