HOURS: Mon-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Sprayer/Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to cabinetry and related components, ensuring a polished and professional appearance. Your expertise in industrial painting, finishing techniques, and materials handling will contribute directly to the production of premium cabinetry products. Responsibilities
- Prepare cabinet surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Operate airless paint sprayers, spray guns, and other power tools to apply finishes evenly across various cabinet components
- Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools to verify dimensions and surface conditions before finishing
- Mix paints, stains, primers, and sealants accurately according to specifications using basic math skills
- Maintain a clean work area by properly handling materials, disposing of waste, and cleaning equipment after use
- Follow safety protocols related to the use of welding equipment, cranes, forklifts, and other machinery involved in the finishing process
- Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and quality standards are met throughout production
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial painting is highly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of auto body repair or auto painting techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with machining, fabrication, or construction painting processes enhances your suitability for this role
- Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment is advantageous
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- Warehouse experience that includes materials handling and inventory management is beneficial
- Basic math skills for mixing paints and calculating coverage areas are essential

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
