Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage shift schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process transactions and manage orders efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the establishment.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of shift management practices and supervisory skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and helping others succeed.
- Previous experience in training development is a plus.
