Pay Rate: $18.25 - $20.25 per hour

Shift Leader – Lead the Lounge with Energy & Passion!

What You’ll Do
Lead the Team & Keep the Energy High
- Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
- Train and support new team members—set them up for success
- Work the floor—jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
- Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service
Keep the Operation Running Smoothly
- Follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties
- Understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests
- Brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer & wine (if 18 )
- Assist with opening & closing tasks as needed
What You Bring to the Table
1 year restaurant experience (high-volume a plus!)
Leadership skills—you naturally take charge & inspire your team
Cool under pressure—fast-paced environments are your thing
Team player—you jump in where needed to help the crew
Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
