About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and support daily operations for our growing online business. The ideal candidate will handle customer service, process orders, and manage shipping logistics to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace platforms

• Process and manage orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and ship packages with care and attention to detail

• Handle returns, refunds, and order tracking issues professionally

• Keep inventory organized and up to date (if applicable)

• Assist with maintaining product listings and general store upkeep

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or eCommerce operations preferred

• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with online selling platforms

• Basic knowledge of shipping platforms

• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

• Bonus: Experience with Canva, product listing creation, or basic photo editing
