Role Description
We are seeking a B2B Client Relations Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role, based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves managing relationships with interior designers, home builders, architects, and developers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Responsibilities include onboarding new trade accounts, supporting client needs during the project lifecycle, coordinating with the installation team, managing client inquiries, and assisting in the showroom. The ideal candidate will foster strong partnerships to contribute to our reputation for white-glove service.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B client services, account management, or customer success roles
- Knowledge of design, architecture, or construction industries is preferred
