Responsibilities
- Set up workstations
- Cook dishes to business standards (Jamaican dishes Oxtail, Curry Goat, Jerk Chicken etc.)
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during the shift
- Possess experience working with Alacarte
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cook
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Applicant must possess five years plus cooking experience
- Experience will be verified and possible demonstration at the interview
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
