- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Operate tea making equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for customers
- Food service: Experience in a fast-paced food service environment, with the ability to handle high volumes of orders efficiently
- Aloha POS: Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Math: Strong mathematical skills to accurately calculate prices, handle cash transactions, and make change
- Food industry: Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and their preparation methods
- Sales: Ability to upsell products and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions, including counting money, providing change, and maintaining cash register accuracy
