We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role provides key support to our Executive Suite while managing accounts receivable across multiple entities and portfolios.What You’ll DoProvide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation and travel arrangements.Prepare credit card expense reports, coordinate meetings, and maintain organized filing systems.Manage office supply inventory and ensure the office is organized and well-stocked.Record and post tenant payments and other transactions (checks, ACH, wire, and credit cards) accurately.Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and deductions.Reconcile AR ledgers, prepare aging reports, and maintain accurate financial records.Prepare and post daily cash activity, ensuring accurate allocation to correct general ledger accounts and entities.Handle all assignments with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.What We’re Looking ForAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.3 years of experience in administrative support and/or accounts receivable.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred (QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar).Dependable, proactive, and professional demeanor with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
