Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aurora, IL. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Daily tasks involve designing, implementing, and optimizing production workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting mechanical or production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering principles
- Experience in Industrial Engineering and related methodologies
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machining
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
