What you'll do
- Handle all opening, mid-shift, and closing duties for your station
- Set up line stations with the right food and utensils
- Prep and portion for every meal period
- Follow the recipe every single time, on every batch
- Keep the kitchen and walk-ins Health Department ready at all times
- Rotate and filter the fryer oil every night
- Detail equipment and sweep, scrub, and mop the kitchen floors at the end of your shift
- Keep dishes and the dish area up when no dish person is on the clock
- Jump in at any kitchen position when the team needs it
What we're looking for
- On time, in uniform, every scheduled shift
- High energy and self-motivated
- Able to stand and walk a full shift, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- A team player — in our kitchen, everyone helps everyone

Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.

Lo que harás

- Mantener los platos limpios y el área de lavado en orden cuando no haya lavaplatos en turno
- Ayudar en cualquier posición de la cocina cuando el equipo lo necesite
