We’re looking for proven sales professionals who want to build a career with strong earning potential and clear expectations. This position could be in-office, hybrid, or remote, depending on experience, qualifications, and ability to meet performance expectations.

Compensation

Total annual compensation range: $70,000–$180,000, including base salary and performance-based compensation. Base salary varies based on experience. Actual earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

* Develop new business through calls, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up.

* Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

* Confidently ask for the business and build lasting customer relationships.

* Meet or exceed sales goals.

* Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline.

* Participate in coaching and continually improve your results.

* Insurance experience is welcome. Successful sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.

* Must hold or obtain the insurance licenses required for the role.

Our Interview Process
