What You'll Do
As the Arcade & Redemption Manager, you'll lead every aspect of our Arcade and Redemption operation by:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a guest-focused team.
- Creating an exciting, organized, and fully stocked Redemption Store that guests love to explore.
- Ensuring the arcade is clean, welcoming, and guest-ready throughout the day.
- Managing prize inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and product presentation.
- Monitoring department performance and operating within established labor and operating budgets.
- Managing scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and departmental expenses.
- Partnering with Maintenance to maximize game availability and minimize guest impact.
- Working with Technology to recommend game pricing, redemption pricing, and promotional opportunities.
- Leading guest recovery efforts with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Continuously improving the arcade and redemption experience through creativity, organization, and operational excellence.

Required
- Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, family entertainment, or another guest-focused environment.
- Experience managing scheduling, labor, purchasing, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Strong merchandising and inventory management experience.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
