What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on arcade games, attractions, rides, bowling equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and help return games and attractions to service quickly
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspections, and repair records
- Clean, organize, and maintain arcade games, attractions, equipment, and work areas
- Support facility maintenance projects including painting, basic repairs, and general upkeep
- Ensure attractions, games, and public areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with janitorial responsibilities, including cleaning guest areas, attractions, restrooms, and common spaces
- Manage inventory, parts, supplies, tools, and equipment
- Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements
- Support daily operations wherever needed to help deliver an outstanding guest experience

- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Minimum one year of maintenance, mechanical, technical, janitorial, facilities, automotive, construction, or related experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and performing physical work throughout the shift
- Basic computer and tablet skills for inspections, logs, and documentation
- Experience with arcade games, amusement rides, bowling equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or facility maintenance is a plus, but not required
