In this role, you will assist clients in exploring travel options, coordinating trip details, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning experience. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning inquiries and provide guidance on destinations and travel options.
• Coordinate trip details including accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests and travel details.
• Stay informed about travel updates, destinations, and travel resources; local knowledge of Tampa Bay and nearby Florida destinations (e.g., Gulf Coast, Orlando, Clearwater, St. Petersburg) is beneficial.
• Participate in online informational sessions and training when scheduled, typically aligned with Eastern Time (ET) availability.
