Position Summary
The E-commerce Fulfillment Lead is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping online orders to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Process orders through fulfillment systems and shipping platforms
- Ensure all packages meet company quality and branding standards
- Track and update order statuses in internal systems
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Coordinate with customer service regarding order issues, delays, or returns
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow company policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred
- Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify, or similar) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
