In this role, you will represent Frontier by showcasing the latest internet solutions, including devices, set up and speeds. The Customer Sales Associate will also work with customers to answer questions and provide tailored recommendations and guide customers toward products and services that best support their lifestyles and communication needs

Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers in meaningful conversations within sales environments to identify their needs and recommend personalized Frontier solutions
- Provide confident, hands-on demonstrations that showcase the value, features, and benefits of Frontier’s latest technology and devices
- Process sales orders and account management for products and services with accuracy, ensuring customer information and records are kept up to date
- Take part in ongoing Customer Sales Associate position development to continually learn skills and expand knowledge in role
- Work closely with fellow Customer Sales Associates to build a collaborative, high-achieving sales team culture
Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred
- Coursework in communications, business, or entrepreneurship is a plus
- Charismatic and personable, with strong communication skills to engage customers with enthusiasm
