Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company—assisting customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored telecom solutions. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented office environment where hard work and enthusiasm are rewarded.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with new and existing customers to promote telecom products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-up and problem-solving
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions
What We're Looking For:
- Great communication and people skills
- Positive, coachable, and motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in an in-person office environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but no experience required (we provide full training)
- Must be available Monday through Friday
