Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems)
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional recommended work and estimated timelines
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Verify repairs through testing and test-driving

Qualifications
- 2 years of Service Technician experience required
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to learn modern repair technology, service procedures, and manufacturer specifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Clean/acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
