AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
We're hiring for an Automotive Technician.
Pay: Based on experience, starting at $20/hour. Paid weekly every Friday.
You'll handle diagnosis and repair across a wide range of vehicles in a supportive, drama-free shop. If you're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and want to keep building your skills, we want to help you thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles: brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, electrical, and engine performance
- Perform scheduled maintenance and general repairs
- Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to find and fix issues
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Support the Service Writer and help out newer techs when needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a shop environment
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- Comfortable with scan tools and basic electrical diagnosis
- ASE certifications preferred, not required
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable, with a drive to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
