Job Summary
We are a family friendly, modern, energetic orthodontic practice with offices in Barrington and Portsmouth RI, as well as Swansea, MA. We are looking for a full time insurance coordinator to add to our team. While our Board Certified Orthodontist and highly trained, experienced staff deliver the highest quality orthodontic treatment, we also love to have fun, in and out of the office. If the following describes you, then you may be the ideal applicant:
-Have an outgoing, energetic personality with great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Are a “team player”, and get along well with co-workers- we have a zero tolerance policy for gossip.
-Are looking for a long term position. We are not interested in someone who is looking for something temporary…our team members average well over 10 years of service.
-Are not afraid of modern technology or trying new things- we are always updating our systems.
-Enjoy having fun at work- we love laughing and having a good time with our patients. Theme days, contests and our annual patient appreciation ice cream party are just a few of the things we do to keep the atmosphere “light” and create a stress-free environment for our patients.
-Enjoy being part of the community- we frequently sponsor local road races, sports teams and events. Occasionally, we show our support for the community by participating as a team in these events.
-Enjoy having fun outside of work- several times a year we have teambuilding events at outside locations. Our team members also have the opportunity to travel to CE events. In the recent past, members of our staff have travelled to such places as Las Vegas, San Diego, Nashville and Charlotte…just to name a few.
Prior experience with dental insurance strongly preferred. Compensation will be based on experience. We do offer competitive benefits including health insurance and a robust 401K.
